Businesses get 55-gallon food-grade drums with gasket-sealed lids, placed outside near the dumpster — never in the kitchen. Your crew keeps its own lined garbage can inside, ties the liner like a normal trash bag, and carries it to the drum instead of the dumpster. We run a weekly route: haul the full drums, weigh them, leave clean ones. A monthly ESG-ready diversion report comes standard.
Where the compost goes
There’s no compost yard in our model. Food waste goes straight to local farms and is sheet-composted on the land it will feed. The finished compost legally stays on those farms — it isn’t bagged, resold, or trucked back out. That’s what keeps the loop genuinely local.
