How long does the free waste audit take?

One full week. We drop off gasket-sealed drums near your dumpster; your team bags food waste in its own lined can and drops the tied bags in the drum instead of the dumpster. At the end of the week we pick up the drums and weigh them, and you get a one-page report with exact poundage, cost, and diversion potential.

Is there any obligation?

None. The audit is free, the report is yours to keep, and there is no contract. If the numbers make sense, you get a 1-week free trial of full pickup service — gasket-sealed drums, weekly swap, everything. If it doesn’t fit, we part ways. Ongoing service after the trial is $10 per barrel.

What do you need from my kitchen?

A spot for the drum — by the dumpster or another outside space — and a staff member who can point us to where food waste normally goes. We handle everything else: drums, weighing, pickup, report.
